We understand if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items for store credit or full refund 30 days of the goods being delivered to you. If an item is sent back after 30 days, it will not be accepted.
Items being returned within the specified time frame must meet the following requirements:
- The garment must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered and in its original condition
- Customer should have proof of purchase
- Item has not been damaged while in customer's possession. Signs of damage may include but are not limited to makeup stains or other marks and must be free of smell including perfumes, deodorant, cigarette smoke and detergent.
- The original labels and tags are attached to the item
If the above criteria is met, please email email@example.com or click here to contact us with the order number, name on the order and name of the items you are returning. All returns must be requested via email first. We will refuse any packages sent without prior contact.
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ALLOW EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS FOR HANDMADE PRODUCTS AND DIGITAL DOWNLOADS. Please read the product description carefully to check if the product is handmade before ordering.
Returns are free on all USA orders. Once we receive your email with details of items you wish to return, we will issue you with a return label. Please pack the items, print the return label, stick it on the package and drop it off at a local post office or organize a pickup.
Please note items purchased using gift cards won through giveaways are not eligible for free returns. Should you wish to return these items, please organize return using the courier company of your choice.
Our website is unable to generate return labels so please organize the shipment of your return using the courier company of your choice. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs on international returns.
When returning items we strongly recommend keeping your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
Store credit / full refund will be processed upon receipt of items. Please allow up to 7 business days for your returns to be processed.
We do not offer exchanges. Once your order has been returned we recommend placing a new order for the desired item(s).
For hygiene reasons, several types of items are exempt from being returned. All sale items, bodysuits, jewelry, hair accessories, swimwear and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned.
Faulty or damaged goods
All items are thoroughly checked before sending. In the event an item in your package is damaged upon arrival, please email to let us know within 5 days of receiving the item. After 5 days, Shop Tuzak can no longer be responsible.
When claiming item(s) as damaged, they must be unwashed and unworn with original labels and tags attached to the item.
